Why are your websites less expensive?
We use a smaller delivery team, modern frameworks, reusable development infrastructure, and AI-assisted production to reduce overhead. That lets us charge one fixed $2,995 price for every website without reducing the strategy, design, development, SEO setup, launch, or ownership clients receive.
Are these template websites?
No. Every project begins with your goals, services, customers, content, and search opportunities. We use a consistent production system, but the layout, content structure, visual direction, and code are built for your business.
Do you use WordPress?
Our standard builds use Next.js instead of WordPress. That means fewer plugin dependencies, a smaller security surface, and cleaner long-term maintenance.
Why do you use Next.js?
Next.js gives us a strong foundation for fast pages, responsive experiences, structured content, technical SEO, and future integrations without relying on a page-builder stack.
Will I own my website?
Yes. You receive access to the code, project, hosting, domain configuration, analytics, Search Console, forms, and connected integrations. You can stay with us, manage it internally, or work with another developer.
Where is the website hosted?
We can deploy to Replit or another suitable modern host. The recommended setup depends on the project, but the hosting account remains accessible to you.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. If you want a routine content change, open the project’s AI agent and describe the update in plain English. Ask it to change business hours, add a staff member, replace a photo, update a promotion, or publish supplied content, and the agent will make the change for you. You do not need to understand or edit code.
What happens if I accidentally change something?
The project uses version history and written safeguards. Major structural or SEO-sensitive changes should be reviewed before they are published, and previous versions can be restored.
Is SEO included?
SEO foundations are included in the fixed $2,995 website price: keyword-informed structure, metadata, headings, crawlable navigation, schema, performance work, internal links, and local search foundations. Ongoing SEO after launch is a separate optional service and never changes the website build price. Rankings are never guaranteed.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. We audit the current pages, content, analytics, rankings, forms, and URLs before creating the new site so valuable assets are not lost during the redesign.
Will my existing URLs be preserved?
Where practical, yes. When a URL must change, we prepare a redirect map and review it before launch.
Can you migrate my existing content?
Yes. Existing website content can be migrated into the new site as part of the fixed $2,995 build price. There is no page-count surcharge.
How long does a website take?
Most business websites take about one to two weeks. Timing can still vary with integrations, content readiness, and how quickly feedback is supplied, but the fixed $2,995 price does not change.
Are there monthly fees?
There is no mandatory agency retainer and no hidden website charge. Hosting, domain registration, or third-party platforms may have their own published fees, which you pay directly to those providers in accounts you control.
Can you provide ongoing SEO?
Yes. Ongoing SEO can cover content planning, service and location expansion, technical monitoring, local search work, and performance reporting.
Can you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. Ecommerce websites are still covered by the same fixed $2,995 website price. We confirm the required catalogue, payments, shipping, taxes, and integrations before the build so the plan is clear from the beginning.
Can you integrate booking systems or CRMs?
Yes. Booking, CRM, email marketing, payments, and other agreed website integrations are included in the same fixed $2,995 price. Third-party providers may charge their own subscription or transaction fees directly.
What information do you need from me?
We typically need your logo and brand assets, service information, contact details, photos, staff details, domain access, existing website access, and timely feedback.
